You will be close to major natural sites (Pont d'Arc cave, Ardèche Gorges, etc.), character villages (Vogüé, Balazuc, Labeaume, etc.) and the Chauvet 2 cave.
For sports holidays, descent of the Gorges by canoe, canyoning, hiking, mountain biking, climbing and via ferrata await you.
The greediest can taste the emblematic products of the Ardèche in the many markets, restaurants or directly from the producers.
And if you want a "lazy" holiday, our house will satisfy you with its swimming pool, its 1500 m² enclosed garden with trees and its breathtaking view of the vineyards!

Located 5 minutes by car from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, you can reach the village on foot or by bike via the nearby cycle path.
5 minutes on foot, you will find: bar-restaurant, pizzeria, tree climbing, canoe rental, flight over the Ardèche in a microlight.
15 minutes on foot: restaurants, cafes, bakery, greengrocer, butcher, supermarket, Ardèche river and much more!

Description: the single storey house consists of:
- a pleasant living room of 25 m² including a convertible sofa (with bed 140x190), TV and DVD player
- a fully equipped and functional independent kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press) opening onto the terrace
- 3 bedrooms: a master suite (140x190 bed and bathroom with bathtub), a 2nd bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 3rd bedroom (140x190 bunk beds) ideal for children
- a bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet
- independent toilets
- 2 terraces, one of which is 30 m² shaded by an arbor

Free parking for cars on the property.
Swing and football cage, pétanque possible on the property.
At your disposal for free:
