Ideal cottage for people on the move and for vacationers.
500 meters from major roads. Aix-en-Pce center 14 km, Marseille 17 km from the Old Port.
4 km campaign plan. All the comfort: 47 m² ceiling 3 meters high.
WIFI – Flat screen TV – Dishwasher – Washing machine – microwave – mini oven – Fridge/freezer – coffee maker + Senseo, Kettle – Electric barbecue (summer) – etc…Quality BED 160X190 in the bedroom – Room bathroom with Italian shower (raised) WC. Alcove with Clic-Clac sofa (Bultex mattress) and a large closet. Small dog, cat accepted on request (unfenced land).
Two French doors open onto a sheltered terrace. The path in front of the gîte is reserved for tenants and owners. Garden furniture. PRIVATE PARKING IN FRONT OF THE GITE. Natural air conditioning in summer. Electric convector heating. Electricity 21 cents per kilowatt (EDF rates in force).
Possibility to rent sheets and household linen. Cleaning optional. Juillet ET août 50 euros la nuit. Ouverture des locations été 24 en janvier.
