This cottage in a hamlet of Saint-Laurent-d'Andenay by its geographical location combines the calm of the countryside near the city: only 10 min from Montceau, 15 min from Le Creusot, 30 min from Chalon and 8 min from the TGV Creusot Montceau station… Lyon is 40 minutes by TGV and Paris 1 hour 20 minutes.
Numerous bike rides with a green voice, nice fishing spots, nearby 18-hole golf course.

This detached house is easy to access, only two small steps at the entrance of the house.
It includes a fully equipped new kitchen (toaster, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
A beautiful dining room, a living room with a convertible bench, television, DVD player, WiFi.

Four bedrooms distributed as follows: 2 bedrooms with two 90 beds (possibility of twinning), 1 other with a 140 bed and 1 a 140 bed and a 90 bed
All its rooms are equipped with television and provides nine beds in real beds.
A bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, and a washing machine. Independent toilet.
