At the front, private swimming pool of 5 x 3 m secured by a barrier and treated with salt.
Reconstructed stone beach and partly shaded.
At the back, terrace and flowerbed with shrubs. Outdoor furniture available (parasol, chairs, tables and sun loungers). Barbecue.
Beautiful living room with air conditioning including lounge and dining room. Large flat screen TV with USB socket, free WiFi.
Large kitchen equipped with oven, hob, 3-drawer fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

"CANCELATION
It is agreed :
- that in the event of withdrawal by the lessor: the latter will be required to pay, within seven days following his withdrawal, double the deposit to the tenant as well as any other sum paid by the latter.
- that in the event of withdrawal by the lessee: he will lose the deposit regardless of the time of his withdrawal.
Except in cases of force majeure which is defined as any external, unpredictable and insurmountable event; If the lessee withdraws less than one month before the lease takes effect, he will also pay to the owner the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent, as a penalty clause."

"Maison très propre et très bien pourvue"
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à St. Rémy et nous sommes très contents d’avoir trouvé cette maison confortable pour passer nos vacances en famille.
La maison est très propre et très bien pourvue de toutes les commodités.
Le concierge est très gentil et serviable.
Surtout nos enfants ont utilisé le swimming pool.
D’ailleurs, St. Rémy est bien situé pour découvrir la Provence.
Nous voulons revenir et nous pouvons recommander cette comfortable maison.
La maison est très propre et très bien pourvue de toutes les commodités.
Le concierge est très gentil et serviable.
Surtout nos enfants ont utilisé le swimming pool.
D’ailleurs, St. Rémy est bien situé pour découvrir la Provence.

"Très bonne location"
Nous étions 4 adultes, et avons apprécié la tranquillité, la piscine, et la magnifique région. La maison est très proche du centre ville, bien équipée et confortable. Je recommande.
