We are renting out our country house for just a few weeks this summer, hoping you’ll enjoy your stay as much as we have over the past five years. This charming 90m² stone house is located at the end of a small, quiet hamlet, on the edge of the woods. It offers absolute peace, with a clear view (a stunning sunset over the Puy de Dôme and Clermont-Ferrand, just 100 meters from the house). Facing south, it stays cool in the summer, and opens up to a private, enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbors. The house has all the necessary comforts for a relaxing vacation, surrounded by nature. Walking trails are immediately accessible from the garden. Outdoor space: A 300m² enclosed garden with a stone terrace, tables, umbrella, deck chairs, trampoline, and a charcoal BBQ. A ping-pong table is located in the covered outbuilding. Across the path, another private plot provides a shaded spot to have lunch under a magnificent linden tree. Below, you can relax in a hammock, sheltered by apple trees. Indoor space: On two levels, the house remains cool in summer thanks to its thick stone walls. On the ground floor, the entrance leads to the dining room, which features a beautiful large table, and connects to the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, dishwasher, oven, etc., as well as a bathroom and toilet.
