Welcome to our pretty village house from the 1800s, located within the ramparts of the medieval town of Ruoms, a peaceful area.
5 minutes walk from the Ardèche river and 2 minutes walk from the heart of the village, it will allow you to explore the region on foot, by bike, canoe (base 5 min walk).

Ideal for a gathering with family or friends, it accommodates up to 12 people with its 117 m², 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 terraces, spacious kitchen and play area for children.
You will appreciate the coolness of its stone walls in the summer season and the fireplace in the cooler seasons.

The Ritournelle provides:
• on the ground floor of a vaulted living room with a fireplace corner with a 160 cm bed, a toilet, a master suite all in stone of 31 m² with a double bed, 2 single beds, a spacious walk-in shower
• the first floor offers a 17 m² kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a kitchen piano and an American fridge, a 13 m² terrace to the south with a view of the Sampzon for dining, a terrace on the north oriented on the pedestrian streets perfect for a reading break, a TV lounge with double bed, toilets and a bathroom
• on the second floor, the play area for children occupies the mezzanine which serves a bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (1*90 and 1*140)

Electric plancha, hair dryer, washing machine, baby bath, cot, booster seat are available to you.

For parking: a parking space is attached to the house and you will find a large free car park 300 m away.
