Welcome to the small mountain gîte at Dom et Etienne, 850 m. altitude, in a very small hamlet on the heights of Gap, only 7 minutes with all amenities. Calm and green place, in protected green zone. The gîte is in the owner's house, independent access, away with a private gîte garden area. 1 hectare property surrounded by fields and forest.

Gîte 1 star / 1 ear of corn labeled Gîte de France. 2 places (double bed) + 1 single bed. There is only one room (with kitchen, dining room, sleeping beds, living room with TV) + 1 separate bathroom.

Ideal for a romantic WE with icing on the cake, a sauna session on the edge of the forest.

THE INTERIOR:
In winter, a glazed wood stove will allow you to spend the evening by the light of the wood fire. Fully equipped studio gîte, kitchen, lounge area.

2 years of old-fashioned restoration for a beautiful result: Provençal ceiling in wood and lime, exposed stone wall jointed with lime. The vaulted cellar of the time was made of beaten earth and a bed of pebbles, it has been transformed into a bathroom. The ecological insulation based on hemp and lime offers summer freshness and a building that retains heat in winter with its 80 cm thick walls.
The cottage is comfortable and fully equipped.

A beautiful shaded and calm space: a beautiful lime tree offers freshness and greenery in summer. You can eat outside, in peace, to the melodious sound of the nearby fountain. Old farm restored in an ecological way into a 1 star / 1 ear of corn gîte, in a very small hamlet at 850 m. altitude, quiet and surrounded by nature just 10 minutes from Gap and all its amenities.

The owner is a mountain guide, he can, depending on his availability, offer you a supervised hike with or without snowshoes, failing which he can advise you on walks by lending you IGN maps. Snowshoe rental on site, €8 per pair. Possibilities of walks from the gîte.
