We are 30 minutes walk from the Vélodrome stadium and Chanot Park, 5 minutes from the Clairvat Clinic and Ste Marguerite hospital as well as the IPC. 20 minutes from the coves, the Luminy campus, the Palais des sports, and 20 minutes from Cassis via the beautiful Gineste road. And finally 1/4 hour from the beaches by car.
