Private poolThe former presbytery of the village of Brujas is now a charming residence classified 3 stars by Étoiles de France, where calm, beauty and tranquility reign.
Children can, however, have fun and take advantage of all the sporting offers in the region.
The house is close to the river, the countryside.
You will appreciate it for the 300 degree view and the outdoor spaces.
My accommodation is perfect for couples and groups.
It is an old house in old stones but with all the comforts. What a pleasure to be bathed in sunshine on the terrace with this superb, completely unobstructed view.
Barjac, a characterful village 8 km away, is very lively. There are restaurants, a cinema, a wonderful Friday market and summer entertainment.
The house and the swimming pool are private, all the accommodation is at your disposal.
There are 4 bedrooms, one of which is lit by a skylight on the roof. The number of 8 people is a maximum! The rooms are air-conditioned.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

"Exceptionnel"
Nous avons passé un superbe week-end prolongé dans la villa. Elle est très bien agencée et située, proche de Barjac et de Vallon Pont d'arc. La cuisine est tout équipé. Une terrasse ombragée permet de déjeuner et de dîner à plusieurs. Des parasols sont mis à disposition au pied de la piscine. La vue est simplement splendide. Vous l'aurez compris, nous avons été séduits et ravis par ce gîte.
