The Mas du Pontet (detached house with private swimming pool heated to 27° from May to the end of September) can accommodate a maximum of 6 people in 85m², kitchen living room and full-length terrace with the swimming pool beach on 2400m² of garden.
You are 5 minutes from the heart of the center of Vallon, restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, activities, tourist office and the river.
The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The cottage is not air-conditioned.
The cottage is composed of:
-Two bedrooms with a 160x200 bed, One bedroom with two 90x200 beds, Fans available for each bedroom
-A bathroom to share between the three bedrooms (WC, vanity unit, bathtub, hair dryer)
-A living room with a sofa, a TV unit with flat screen TV
-Free WIFI
-An equipped kitchen (senseo coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine)
-Outdoor living room
-Charcoal barbecue
The cottage has its own private closed parking lot with electric gate

For the 2025 season, the house will be equipped with air conditioning and the three bedrooms will each be equipped with their own bathroom with private toilet.
