Two apartments in an independent chalet:

1 - the first, with a capacity of 4 people, is located on the 2nd floor.
It includes a main room (kitchen / living room) with a 2-seater sofa bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
Shower room with wc.

2 - the second, with a capacity of 8 people, is located on the 1st floor.
It includes a main room (living room-dining room-kitchen) with a 2-seater sofa bed and 3 bedrooms (2 single bunk beds and a single bed in the first, a double bed in the second, a double bed and two single bunk beds in the third).
Shower room, separate wc.
The number of beds for this apartment is greater than 8 but we do not rent for more people.

The beds are 140x190 and 90x190.

The two apartments do not communicate, but are served by the same internal staircase to the chalet.
They can be rented separately.

Ski slope 50 m behind the chalet leading to the Morzine cable car (50 m, but be careful, it climbs).
The cable car is 1 km from the chalet.
Shuttle in winter to reach Morzine in one direction or the ski lifts in the other.
