This house is located in Saint-Germain-du-Plain, 15 km from Chalon-sur-Saône, 20 km from Louhans and Tournus, in the heart of Bresse Bourguignonne.
On the ground floor you will find the swimming pool (fully secured with its roller shutter), a sofa lounge area for relaxing as well as a toilet and a shower room and laundry room with washing machine and dryer at your disposal
Next to it you will find a fully equipped kitchen / living room, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine ...
Also, a corner terrace / small garden with table, chairs, deckchairs, deck chairs and plancha.
Upstairs: 1 master suite with shower room and a large bedroom with double bed of 160, 1 other bedroom with a double bed of 160, 1 bedroom with two single beds of 90, 1 WC and a bathroom with double washbasin and large shower
Baby equipment available on request (bed, high chair, pot, deckchair ...)
The rental price does not include the charges (water, electricity and gas)
The atmosphere is here, warm and friendly, we welcome you all year.
(We do not rent per night or weekend), 3 nights minimum in low season and 7 in high season
Prices vary between 850 € per week in low season, 950 € in middle season and school holidays and 1300 € in high season, July and August

"parfait"
avons passé un excellent we en famille juste une petite remarque ayant un enfant de 18 mois, il manque juste une barrière au niveau des escaliers sinon tout était parfait
