Ski-to-door accessCome and relax in all seasons at Gîte Savoyard, located in a very large residential chalet, at the foot of the slopes and walks, in the resort of Chamonix Les Houches.
On one level, it is very easy to access when returning from the slopes.
Its bay window opens onto a pleasant terrace facing Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi.
Its interior decoration in solid wood, its very functional equipped kitchen and its warm curtains give a very cocooning spirit.
Suitable for 4 to 6 people, it has covered parking.
In winter you will enjoy being in the most beautiful place of the resort with the cable cars within 100 m, the snow garden, the playground and toboggan runs at 200 m.
A cross-country ski trail passes 150 m from your cottage.
Ski school, shops and restaurants in the same perimeter.
In summer you are on the start of multiple hiking trails allowing you to meet the fauna and flora.
A fishing lake, playground, tennis, swimming pool and climbing wall are less than 5 minutes from your accommodation.
You can also enjoy the magnificent pedestrianized town of Chamonix and the Mer de Glace.

"TRES BON SEJOUR"
La résidence est calme et le studio bien équipé avec une vue incroyable sur le Mont blanc.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité du lac des Chavant pour se détendre et les nombreuses randonnées.

"Immersion totale"
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait avec un logement dans le thème savoyard se qui nous a permis de déconnecter totalement.
Idéalement situé au pied des pistes, les remontées mécaniques étant fermées nous avons tout de même pu profiter du ski de fond , des raquettes, chiens de traîneaux et de faire de belles balades autour du lac
un vrai régal
Nous reviendrons en été afin de découvrir une autre facette de cette belle région
Le plus un parking couvert privé
Une vue sur le mont blanc
