19th century farmhouse with its outbuildings in a hamlet of seven houses 4 km from the village of Samoëns at 1100m alt.

A small house with two beautiful bedrooms: 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds, plus a large sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate up to 8 people

Individual chalet of 70 m² arranged on 2 levels. Rustic atmosphere typical of an alpine chalet.
On the ground floor: kitchen open to living room (fireplace, sofa bed, TV)
Upstairs: bedroom 1 with 1 bed 160x200cm + 2 bunk beds 90cm, bedroom 2 with 1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.
Grassy terrace with furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
Wi-Fi Internet. Possibility to rent sheets.
Shared laundry room (washing machine + dryer) on the ground floor of the chalet next door (ref. 258074).

Mandatory snow equipment in winter.
Gîte near Col de Joux Plane (access to Morzine in summer). Snow removal provided in winter.
In summer: climbing frame and trampoline.

On the southern slope, the hamlet is sunny in both summer and winter.

The property is located on a plot of 5000 m² surrounded by meadows and woods, with a large terrace suitable for family events, with views of the valley and a magnificent sunset allows for the organization of festive events.

The hamlet of Chantemerle is a remarkable site of 7 houses with a chapel listed as a historical monument, where mass is said once a year in August.

Car essential (special equipment required in winter): free parking on site for 8 cars.

In the winter season, a shuttle can serve Chantemerle (on order) to the departure of the ski lifts.
