The chalet is located at an altitude of 1100 m, in a typical and highly sought-after hamlet in the Abondance valley, halfway between La Chapelle-d'Abondance and Châtel, in the Portes du Soleil area, 2nd ski area of Europe, offering 650 km of slopes and 211 ski lifts. The first gondola is less than 800 m away.
It mainly consists of:
- 8 rooms designed as “mini suites”, each with a full private bathroom
- cinema and games room: equipped with audio video equipment, sofas, armchairs
- gym: weight bench, elliptical bike, punching bag, fitball, skipping ropes, stepper, wall bars. Spa shower, sauna, jacuzzi, hammam with shower and fountain
- a games room with table football
- a ski room boot warmer
