La Treille, petite maison dans hameau ardéchois typique

In a small house, on the edge of a hamlet of 4 houses, independent and without neighborhood disturbance, a complete restoration in 2024, to create an intimate, warm and comfortable place: two rooms with a living room, with its old large fireplace (integrated insert for heating) is above, a bedroom and its bathroom.
Outside, a space to eat your meals, and to take nice naps under a lime tree or a huge vine.

A place that we wanted to be pleasant, for you to rest, or to work...

You are in the heart of green Ardèche, 40 km from Valence.
You can easily take advantage of "la Dolce via," if you want to cycle, or the "train de l'Ardèche" to discover the Doux valley, or ride the "velorail" on its route.
Small surrounding villages, hiking trails, are easy programs for vacation time.

The hamlet is equipped with a tennis court and a bowling green, to be managed between the occupants... generally few in number, with some exceptions.
