Bocce ball court Private pool Golf courseLa Bélugue is a superb villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is 15 minutes' walk from the lively Provençal village of Flayosc, a traditional village at the top of a hill known as the gateway to the Haut Var.
The villa, fully equipped with air conditioning and with heated pool, is private, spacious and has a comfortable open plan ground floor.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor are perfect for people with reduced mobility.
The gardens are populated with bushes and shrubs providing shade and privacy.
There is a pétanque court on the side of the house and a game of boules is provided as well as other outdoor entertainment.
There is a magnificent garden furniture below a beautiful pergola with waterproof cover.
Flayosc is ideally located just 30 minutes from the A8 motorway, around an hour's drive from Nice and halfway between the Mediterranean and the Gorges du Verdon.
There is a lot to do here: walking in the countryside through vineyards and olive groves, tasting of local wines (many good areas around Lorgues and Les Arcs).
