Stéphanie and David welcome you to their air-conditioned gîte in Mercuer, 7 minutes from Aubenas and 5 minutes from Vals-les-Bains.
In the calm of the southern Ardèche, with its scrubland landscapes, its cicadas and its sunny climate, the various caves and the sublime Gorges de l'Ardèche.

The cottage consists of:
- independent entrance
- spacious bathroom with storage and bathtub, washing machine, drying rack and towel dryer
- spacious, air-conditioned kitchen, with everything you need for cooking (food processor, Senseo, kettle, toaster, vitro hob, oven, etc.) as well as everything you need for cleaning (sponge, dishwasher tablet, household product, etc.))
- the air-conditioned living room: sofa bed, coffee table with ottoman, television, storage unit, which opens onto a balcony terrace with a table and 6 chairs for lunch facing the hill and the swimming pool
- bedroom 1, air-conditioned, 140x190 bedding with bedside table and wardrobe

- separate toilet

You will have access to the swimming pool without vis-à-vis as well as to the garden with summer kitchen (sink, electric plancha, garden table for lunch, fridge, kitchen utensil (plate, glass, cutlery), toilet , swing, deckchair
