Gîtes du Mas de Piépas – "Le Magnan"

At the Mas de Piépas, a change of scenery is guaranteed... Come and recharge your batteries by staying in this beautiful typical stone farmhouse, located in southern Ardèche, perched on its hill with a thousand scents of scrubland; you can enjoy a well-deserved rest by the pool, play petanque, join the river by the picturesque paths, to the magnificent Village of Character of Labeaume, visit the Grotte Chauvet 2 and the sinkholes with multiple concretions, admire the Pont d'Arc, descend the Gorges de l'Ardèche... for a stay immersed in the calm of nature!

"Le Magnan", enjoys an exceptional view, combines the cachet of the old building and the practicality of modern equipment, with direct access to the terrace; it is suitable for people with reduced mobility (except mezzanine and swimming pool), has motorized roller shutters and air conditioning.
It offers you:
- parking in front of the porch with direct access to the entrance hall
- hall with washing machine, freezer, access to the lift and the stairs
- terrace with upper access from the lift, garden furniture
- living room, adapted fitted kitchen, television, access staircase to the mezzanine
- bedroom, motorized bed (2 x 70x190 cm), television
- bathroom (Italian shower 120x120 cm, sink, wc)

Mezzanine offering an additional bed:
- BZ (bed 140x190 cm)
- toilet area, with sink and toilet

Rates include charges (water, electricity).
The tourist tax per adult and per night is to be paid in addition (1.28 €)
Possibility to find your beds made on arrival as well as bathroom linen, 10 € per bed.
End of stay cleaning is offered for 60 €
For the comfort of its occupants, the interior of the gîte is non-smoking and animals are not allowed.
