A pretty, comfortable, quiet accommodation with:
- kitchenette equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils
- living room with dining area (table and chairs), TV area with beautiful LCD screen, fiber box, 1 good quality BZ sofa, very comfortable, small library, various books
- also a washing machine as well as tourist brochures and some good addresses
- independent bedroom with 1 double bed, good bedding, large dressing room, large desk with lamp

- bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin, WC, hair dryer, shower gel. First aid kit.

- bed linen and towels, not provided, with the possibility of renting sheets, €20 per bed and for towels €10 per person

The apartment is ideally located, quick access by car via the A6 North or South exits and close to the train station.
