Rental including:
- 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds
- American kitchen open to living room and terrace. The southern exposure is surrounded by vegetation, oak and lime trees...
- Separate toilet, bathroom with washing machine
- kitchen equipped with large fridge, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle...

Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) as well as basic cleaning products to start your stay

The place is calm and relaxing, Saint-Germain, a small village 3 km from Vogüé one of the most beautiful villages in France where you will find the Ardèche river for swimming or canoeing, but also bars restaurants and all shops.

The air conditioning will allow you to cool the house to feel more comfortable with the summer temperatures of the region!
