Our house is an old renovated barn equipped to accommodate up to 14 people.
Located on the heights of the small village of Sarras in green Ardèche in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, the 200 m² house is large so that families and friends can be together while having their privacy: 4 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine for sleeping, 1 SAM of 45 m²; 1 independent living room; 1 well equipped kitchen; 2 bathrooms; 2 toilets.
Teleworking possible since the house is connected to the fiber.

We have chosen to equip the house and its exterior for families with children, and for greater security, the garden is enclosed and the swimming pool with paddling pool is secure.
On the ground you will find a cabin converted into a games room, a trampoline, a swing frame, a ping-pong table.
Inside we provide you with a high chair, 2 children's beds, bath and changing table.

Many possible activities in the surrounding area: hot air balloon flights over Annonay, Peaugres park safari, ideal palace of the Horse postman and vegetable labyrinths in Hauterives, small train of the Ardèche the "Mastrou" and bicycle rail, Valrhona chocolate museum in Tain, mini cruises on the Rhône at Tournon…
But also walks, bike rides on the ViaRhôna, rental of electric bikes and Segways for organized tours in the vineyards, tree climbing, natural and landscaped swimming spots, visits to private cellars, distilleries, micro breweries and other productions local (fruits and vegetables, Ardèche gastronomy, etc.)
