Consisting of:
- 1 bedroom with double bed and dressing room
- 1 through bedroom with trundle bed and storage
- living room with large screen TV (free WiFi)
- shower room and wc
- equipped kitchen

EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven / microwave, 2 gas burners, plancha, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, baby equipment.

We provide all the household linen (sheets, blankets, pillows, tea towels and cleaning products).

THE PATIO is fitted out with table, chairs under arbor, deckchairs
A space is provided for a vehicle in the yard.

Animals are not allowed
THE COTTAGE IS NON SMOKING

The hilltop villages, the Méouge valley, Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, Esparon-du-Verdon, the Verdon gorges, Riou lake and gorges, Savines-le-Lac, Massif des Ecrins, Orpierre climbing site

- Laragne and Sisteron pétanque competition
- Paragliding and hang-gliding in Chabre (20 minutes)
- Gliding at Vaumeill aerodrome (15 minutes)
- Parachute and aerodrome flight of TALLARD (20 minutes)
- the beautiful Laragne market on Thursdays

IN SISTERON: visit of the citadel, its cathedral through its andrones to the lake, tree climbing and museums

RATES AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
PRICE per week 510 € in July and August arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays
30% on booking the balance on handing over the keys
Security deposit of € 300 returned at the end of the stay (except for any damage to be deducted)
At the end of your stay, a lump sum of 55 € will be retained from the security deposit if you do not wish to take care of the cleaning.
Check with your insurance company that your comprehensive home includes the seasonal rental as well as cancellation insurance.
