Capacity: 5 people (no gatherings: weddings, birthdays, etc.)
Living 200m away, native Savoyard, I will gladly share my good addresses and ideas for walks to get off the beaten track and discover hidden treasures.
3 rooms + fitted kitchen (hood, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates, dishwasher).
2 bedrooms. One with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. The other with a 140 bed. Box springs with slats and latex mattresses made in France.
Krampouz professional quality electric barbecue. Find the good taste of grilled meat. Rental: €15 / week. Cleaning of the barbecue provided by us.
Pets not allowed.
Holiday checks accepted.
Weekly rental (not per night), from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m. No rental exceeding 3 weeks.
Tourist tax in addition: €1.10 / night / adult.
To be able to offer you the fairest prices and for the environment, for one week, from Saturday to Saturday, fixed prices include electricity 56 kWh and water 4 m³. If exceeded, consumption at EDF and SAUR rates.
No winter rental.
