Table tennisThe house has been completely renovated to become a comfortable and well-equipped gîte. With an area of 100 m² it includes a living room with TV, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, the 1st 1 bed 160, the 2nd 1 bed 140, the third 1 king size bed 180/200, possibility (on request) to separate the box springs to have 2 90 cm beds.
A bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a laundry room. A garden with a barbecue and a large table for outdoor meals. A large terrace from which you can see the river. A 500 m² garden with trees and fresh air.
The capacity is 6 people.
Ideally located in a quiet area but close to the center of Vals-Les-Bains, shops, thermal baths, tennis courts, the swimming pool and its large slide, the casino and its park are a 10-minute walk away.
We provide you with a beach 2 km from the house.
You can discover the major sites, Pont d'Arc cave, Ardèche gorges, Mont Gerbier de Jonc.
Nature lovers will be won over, hiking, swimming, canoeing, climbing, etc...

"GITE SUPER"
Gite très bien agencé, de grandes chambres, l'équipement ménager est au top, jardin ombragé.
Proche du centre de Vals.
Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques, à l'écoute des locataires.
Que dite de plus, sinon venez y.

"Le luxe de la nature"
Après 3 semaines, bercés par le fond sonore de la retenue d'eau de la rivière en vue directe depuis la table du petit déjeuner, entourés de verdure, nous avons du mal à nous réhabituer aux bruits de la ville... et les jardins manquent à nos 2 chiens.
Propriétaires aussi sympathiques que leur gîte familial et accueillant.
Belle rénovation sobre et élégante avec les rappels du passé qui en font tout le charme.
Nous avons aussi aimé le petit quart d'heure à pied des thermes, en passant par un petit chemin qui longe l'Ardèche, alors pour notre prochaine cure on a déjà réservé pour y revenir ;-)
