The Gîte de l'Orbize is located in the little Switzerland of Chalonnaise, in the heart of a charming village, ideal for visiting Southern Burgundy.
Located in the heart of the Vaux valley, 7 km from Givry, Saint-Jean-de-Vaux and its 418 inhabitants, is a welcoming town where life is good. The village is decorated with a vast square lined with lime trees. Its bakery, its artisans, its wine growers and numerous traditional festivals contribute to the vitality of the town.
It has a municipal campsite with a swimming pool fed by a hot spring at 18°C.
The campsite (and swimming pool) tavern will allow you to enjoy delicious pizzas and other dishes in summer.
It is a village with a wine-growing tradition where Burgundy Côte Chalonnaise and Crémants wines are produced.
Hiking trails take you along streams and you can discover old wash houses. The Romanesque church of Saint Jean-Baptiste dates from the 12th century.

The Orbize gîte is a 40 m² rural gîte for 2 people, with an adjoining terrace of the same size with garden furniture and a barbecue and a beautiful view.
It is a small, “intimate” and well-appointed gîte, equipped with all the furniture and equipment necessary for a pleasant stay.
