Calm and serenity are at the rendezvous of your stay where you will also appreciate the flowery south terrace and its view of the mountains.
Semi-detached apartment of 90 m², new, comfortable, modern and spacious.
Independent access to the apartment opening onto a private tree-lined terrace with a view of the mountains.
The accommodation consists of a beautiful living room.
Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, etc.)

"WE top"
Gîte loué avec des amis pour un WE à l'occasion d'un mariage. Superbe décoration, très bien équipé, confortable et situation top car à proximité de Genève, Annecy et des montagnes.
Appareil à raclette et fondue disponibles dans la location mais dommage nous n'avons pas eu le temps de les utiliser. Ce sera pour une prochaine fois.

"Exceptionnel"
Nous avons séjourné une semaine en février 2023 dans ce gîte de charme et n'avons pas été déçus.
Accueil parfait, logement impeccable, literie haut de gamme, vue imprenable, emplacement calme tout en étant proche des principaux commerces et propriétaires aux petits soins.
Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, tout a été parfait !

Idéalement situé, à proximité de Chamonix, Genève, Annecy. De belles randos à faire avec vue sur le Mont Blanc ou la chaîne des Aravis.
Le gîte est très joli, décoré avec goût. Les propriétaires ont su conserver l'âme de ce lieu. La literie est ultra confortable.
Marie-Noelle et Pascal sont accueillants et chaleureux, on s'est senti comme à la maison 😀

Location de deux semaines pour un groupe d'ouvriers en déplacement. Tout s'est très bien passé, de la réservation jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Propriétaire accueillante et très professionnelle. Merci !
