- la gentillesse des propriétaires et leur verre de bienvenue : délicieux jus de fruits
- le calme de la location et la fraîcheur conservée malgré la chaleur extérieure,
- la propreté et l'entretien des lieux
- la terrasse au soleil pour la pause déjeuner
- le jardin bien entretenu
- la situation géographique : proche centre ville de Gap, lac de Serre-Ponçon, Embrun, Tallard,...
- la ballade de Prapic vaut le détour

Quartier calme, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils. L'appartement en Rdc de villa est bien équipé et fonctionnel. La terrasse est très agréable face au jardin. Nous recommandons
