Large gite of 140 m², located in the Cévennes Ardèche, 5 km from Les Vans, in a typical sandstone farmhouse. At the heart of an equestrian center bordered by the Chassezac. Private access to the river directly from the property.

The cottage includes:
- a large living room with equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, etc.)
- a living room with TV
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and washing machine
- separate toilet
- 3 bedrooms and a sleeping area (1 bedroom opening onto the terrace with a 160x200 bed + 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed + 1 bedroom with 3 beds including 2 in 90x200 and 1 in 90x190 + 1 sleeping area with 2 bunk beds in 90x190)

We provide bed and household linen except towels.
Possibility to provide baby cot and high chair on request.

Large terrace with garden furniture overlooking the equestrian center + a large courtyard at the back of the house with pétanque court.

On the site, possibility of horseback riding with river crossing, pony ride, pony course (during school holidays), private or group lessons... and even boarding if you want to go on vacation with your horse.
