On the 1st floor of a country farm renovated in 2020, in a hamlet located on the Annecy – Albertville axis, the apartment is ideally located between lake and mountains, close to beaches, ski resorts and the greenway .
Large living room - kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 1 bed of 180 and bathroom, the 2nd with 1 bed of 160 and bathroom, the 3rd with a bed of 140), mezzanine (2 beds of 90 which can be joined), equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, laundry room, 1 toilet, private parking, garden with barbecue, chairs, table, parasol, deckchairs and deck chairs.
To ensure a comfortable stay, this rental is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, raclette and fondue sets, but also a hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat screen television, internet…

Un accueil à la hauteur du gîte, parfait. appreciable en ces temps maussade.
Tout était parfait rien à redire.
Une collation nous etait offerte vin blanc de savoie ainsi qu une bouteille de jus de pomme artisanal, histoire de bien s immerger de la région.
