Located in a dead end and in a quiet 2009 construction, this charming 60m² duplex near the city center (300 m), the cable car (600 m by free shuttle) and the TMB station (150m) will seduce you.

- 3 km from the TGV station (Saint Gervais le Fayet).
- 1 hour from Geneva airport (airport shuttles / Saint Gervais les Bains) or Annecy.
- 30 minutes from Chamonix.
- 20 minutes from Megève.
