Really at the edge of the lake, on the 2nd floor of a small typical residence of Lake Annecy benefiting from a private beach (which is very rare), the apartment is composed
- a dining area
- a living room with sofa-meridian
- a bathroom with bath, sink and WC
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds

From the living room and bedroom, our "Lake Nest" offers a lovely side view of the lake and the mountains.

Fully equipped, comfortable and well-appointed, you will benefit from all the services reserved for the residence: beach equipped with tables where you can have your meals, pontoon, children's games, pétanque area, flower-filled and tree-lined spaces, bicycle storage secure, large private car parks at the residence, ...

We leave 2 adult bikes available, simple but practical for rides on the cycle path all along the lake.

Optionally, we can also provide you with household linen (sheets, towels, etc.)
Animals accepted under certain conditions and supplement contact us.
