I offer you here a real haven of peace in its natural setting... An authentic and charming house, and its large garden with trees. It is located in the village of Puy-Sanières, a few minutes from Embrun and the Lac de Serre-Ponçon.
You have the entire house and garden, as well as a 30 m² terrace. The owners will be nearby.

The Embrunais and Lac de Serre-Ponçon region is "the sea in the mountains"! All activities in the mountains, on the water or in the air are possible!
Puy-Sanières is both on the edge of the Ecrins National Park and the Lac de Serre-Ponçon, near the ski resort of Réallon. A paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, kayakers, kiters, snowboarders, paragliders, ...
10 minutes away, the Ecrins Park.
10 minutes from the beaches of Embrun and Savines-le-Lac.
25 minutes away, the ski slopes of Les Orres or Réallon.

This house is marked by a great ecological conscience: almost all the materials used are natural, from the wood and the stone of the living room, to the painting with natural pigments of the floor, with its colored frescoes.
Its large bay window from which you can admire the lake as far as the dam, gives the impression of being outdoors all year round.
Many spaces have been laid out to relax, read a book, have a drink, from the outdoor table, to the larch terrace, or even the bench under the nest of tits; and inside the large corner sofa, or the bar open to the kitchen, to finish under the stars, in the armchair on the mezzanine...
The greenery is omnipresent, and inside the green plants generously offer their light to the satisfied eye.
Everywhere here, the journey invites itself with decorations brought from the four corners of the globe. The warm colors dominate and brighten up this atypical place which, I am sure, will not fail to seduce you.

This is where we live, occupied all year round by a 2-year-old child. All the facilities necessary for young children are therefore available, from the travel cot, to the high chair, to the changing table, the small swing and many toys that will delight your children.

Its exposure is ideal, you will enjoy a pleasant freshness in summer.

The chalet can comfortably accommodate a family of 5, with the parents housed in a large bedroom with a 180x200 double bed, and up to 3 other people, housed in a bedroom (2 single beds) and a mezzanine (a single bed).

In addition, you can install a cot in the master bedroom. A baby/toddler chair is available on site.

Festive family meals are of course possible.

An outdoor location is provided with a garden table, in the sun or in the shade of the trees, with a view of the wooded garden and the mountains.
Large size and high quality bedding, hypoallergenic.
Amenity wood fire in the living-dining room, prohibited in summer due to red zone fires.
Shaded parking, closed garage suitable for bicycles or motorbikes.
