Chalet Les Clarines

Location: At Lieu called Le Moulin Neuf, altitude 1000 m, in a dead end road, 2 km from the center of Praz sur Arly, 3 km from the center of the village of Megève, and 600m from a supermarket.
Winter: 5 minutes by car from the ski slopes of the Espace Diamant area, and 20 minutes from the slopes of Megève.
In summer: a hiking trail in the immediate vicinity.

Chalet from the 60s, "in its original state" but clean.
Three bedrooms sleep 10 but 6 adults maximum (3 double beds and 2 x 2 bunk beds).

On open land of 1000 m², old building (1960s) of approximately 100 m², including:
- on the garden level: living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (with a 140 double bed)
- upstairs: two bedrooms (each with a double bed of 140 and two bunk beds for children), bathroom
- on the ground floor: garage for one vehicle (and private parking for two vehicles)

Animals are welcome (and free) but the grounds are not enclosed (a lanyard allows them to be temporarily left outside in safety).
The chalet is non-smoking.
Cleaning of the chalet (exit cleaning) is the responsibility of the tenant.

Equipment: stove (electricity and gas), dishwasher, no freezer but fridge with freezer, washing machine, TV (TNT only), no Wifi (but 4G).
