From the 150 m² terrace enjoy an exceptional view of the Aravis range and Mont-Joly.
Located 10 min walk from the city center and its shops, very close to the free shuttle that will take you to the departures of the ski lifts. In summer, 10 min. walk from the chalet, the Tramway du Mont-Blanc will allow you to access several passes around.
You will be welcomed by David and his Conciergerie de Saint-Gervais. Your beds, bath towels etc. everything will be ready for you to have a pleasant stay.

Payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required upon signing the contract. The final balance must be paid 1 month before the start of the rental as well as a deposit of around €1500.
The deposit will be fully refunded following the inventory carried out by "the Saint-Gervais concierge" at the end of the rental.
If the final balance and the deposit are not paid 1 month before the rental, the reservation is canceled and the deposit is not refunded.
