Hiking trailsWe offer a 68 m² T3 in the heart of the village of Cassis, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, refurbished in 2017, with all the comfort essential for a pleasant stay.
You will have access to a closed garage in the residence and will benefit from a 30 m² terrace, calm and flowery, where you can take your meals, lulled by the song of the cicadas (in season). A reversible air conditioning will be at your disposal.
Please note that the garage is not suitable for high-rise vehicles.
Everything has been done to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
The immediate proximity of the city center will allow you to reach shops, restaurants and the beach in a few steps.
The closed garage at 30 in front of the apartment is a plus.
This apartment has:
- Two bedrooms: one with 1 bed of 160 + possibility of a cot: the other with 2 beds of 80x190
- A modern kitchen, fully equipped for use "like at home".
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, auxiliary heating and hair dryer.
- Separate toilets.
- A living room with television (Free channels), free WiFi
- Sunny, calm and flowery terrace, for meals and rest, with an electric awning.
We provide household, bathroom, bed and kitchen linen.
The beds will be made upon your arrival.
You will have a large wardrobe in the hallway and storage in the bedrooms.
The apartment, ideally located in the center of Cassis, will allow you to take advantage of all the resources on foot, 100 m from the market and shops, 150 m from the port and restaurants, the beach is 250 m away.
You can if you wish leave the car in the closed garage, however we will be happy to inform you if you plan to visit the region.
Leaflets are available for your visits and leisure activities (+ IGN maps).
The equipment includes: Oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, 3-burner gas hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, 2 coffee makers; filter and Nespresso.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and a radio.
1 television in living room (Freebox) + WIFI
Household products are provided, as well as basic groceries. You will also find an adapter for international plugs.
Pets are not accepted.
Non-smoking apartment, ashtray for the terrace.

"Séjour à Cassis"
Nous avons séjourné pendant les vacances d'avril. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Cassis.
L’appartement est très bien équipé. Sylviane et Lionel, nous ont très bien accueillis. Ils sont d'une gentillesse.
Ils nous ont donné pleins d'idées pour les visites.
Allez y les yeux fermés.

"UN PETIT HAVRE DE PAIX"
Un très bon séjour passé chez nos hôtes juste à côté du centre de Cassis. Un appartement équipé à souhait, "comme à la maison" c'est tout à fait les bons termes, une bibliothèque riche. Une terrasse au calme (attention toutefois à l'attaque des moustiques :))
Tout est accessible à pied : commerces, plages, calanques... Plus besoin de la voiture (très appréciable en plein été).
De très bons conseils pour les sorties.
Je recommande déjà cette belle adresse à notre entourage.
