Ideally located, a few minutes from the city center of Aubenas, Maison Rosine welcomes you in a quiet area overlooking gardens and the castle of Aubenas and allowing quick access to the largest tourist sites of the Ardèche : the Chauvet cave, Balazuc, Vogüé, Antraigues, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Vals-les-Bains …
The house along the green lane will allow you to make beautiful walks, on foot, by bike or by scooter to discover the banks of the river Ardèche or the city center.
You will enjoy all the shops, restaurants of the center and the large market of Aubenas on Saturday mornings.
Picking by your care, seasonal fruits and vegetables is possible at a producer 2 minutes walk from home.

The cosy apartment, with its careful decoration, is located on the ground floor of the Maison Rosine.
Not overlooked, it is composed of two levels with a fully fenced courtyard, a pergola with its garden furniture and charcoal barbecue for good summer meals with family or friends.
An aromatic garden will be at your disposal and will allow you to decorate your dishes !
The pool will also allow you to relax or have fun with the children.

On the ground floor, a large living room very bright, open to the terrace, consists of a kitchen open to a pleasant stay.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
There is also a master suite with its own bathroom. A real cot with convertible high chair, changing table and toilet reducer will be at your disposal.

The first floor has an independent bathroom and two bedrooms : one with 4 single beds and one with a double bed.

On arrival, beds will be made, towels and a basket presenting the necessities for the house (with sponges, towels, …) will be at your disposal
