JULY-AUGUST rate €190 per night for 5 people (100 m²) OR more than 5 people +€30 per person per night. Out of season 160 for 5 people and 175 € for 5 people for long weekends and short holidays.
I do not provide sheets and towels (additional possibility of €10 per bed and €2 per towel), nor pool towels - only pillows and blankets.
TO RESERVE: 1 deposit via PayPal of €250, returned by PayPal transfer after cleaning, a signed contract with a copy of your liability insurance and 1 copy of CNI, the rental amount on your arrival.
in winter, you will be asked to pay for electricity for heating; I have a defalcator only for this apartment.
