The remaining 70% of the balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 8 weeks before arrival. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, then the full payment will be taken.

In case of damages, breakage, key loss, etc., your credit card will be charged to cover the costs.

Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
