The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a spacious seating area and a flat screen TV. Adjacent to the kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, 1 separate freezer and dishwasher) is a large terrace with an XL dining table and a summer/outdoor kitchen. A spacious dining room located on the first floor has a large dining table (8 to 12 people), a flat screen TV and a piano.
There are 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms spread over the 3 floors.
• The ground floor has 5 bedrooms including 3 doubles and 5 bathrooms including 4 en suite.
• Rooms n°1 and n°2 offer a queen-size bed (160x200). Both bedrooms have their own kitchenette and bathroom (1x with shower and WC and 1x with a Spa bath, shower and WC).
• Bedroom 3 is the double bedroom (140x190) has a bathroom (shower and WC).
• Bedroom n°4 is the twin bedroom (2x90x200) and has a bathroom (shower and WC).
• Bedroom #5 is the twin bedroom (2x90x200) and uses a separate bathroom with shower and WC on the same floor. There is also a separate kitchen on this floor (fridge, oven, microwave and hob).
On the second (top) floor there are 2 spacious double bedrooms (#7 and #8) each with a double bed (180x200) and each with a bathroom (private shower and WC).
Pool and Garden:
The villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Fayence. Surrounded by 5 acres of its own land.
The villa offers a large covered terrace on either side of the living room and the kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a second outdoor/summer kitchen. Here is also an XL dining table, ideal for a pleasant family dinner. The terrace offers a lovely view of the forest.
The swimming pool (10 x 5 m) is surrounded by a large terrace with numerous deckchairs and chairs (16 in total) to enjoy the sun.
The property offers ample parking space. Fun for children is the ping-pong table, garden games, hammock and a swing at the back of the villa.
The villa is ideally located for mountain biking and road cycling with miles of tracks and trails to explore. The nearby Lac de Saint Cassien (10 minutes by car) offers many activities such as boat hire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming and fishing.
The village of Fayence is only half an hour drive from the cosmopolitan city of Cannes on the French Riviera. Nice airport is about 50 minutes away. The famous and luxurious Terre Blanche golf club and spa (elected first resort in France in 2019) is a 5-minute drive away.
The beautiful lavender fields and caves of Provence are also easily accessible.
The villa is 10 minutes drive from the picturesque towns of Fayence, Tourrettes, Callian, Montauroux and Saint Paul en Forêt. Fayence is a popular village known for its Provençal markets (3 times a week) and its fine shops and restaurants.

"Magnifique Villa"
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette magnifique villa à 13 (7 adultes et 6 enfants), je remercie Gunel qui est très accueillante et aux petits soins pour ses invités. La terrasse et la salle à manger extérieure sont grandes et très agréables, et la vue sur la forêt est splendide et reposante. La piscine et sa terrasse sont spacieuses et très sympa pour nager ou jouer.

"Un endroit magique"
Je vous souhaite d'avoir la chance d'aller dans cette superbe maison, au calme, remplie de charme avec des prestations d'un excellent niveau. J'y ai organisé une superbe fête avec l'aide de sa propriétaire Guinel qui est dévouée, disponible et d'une gentillesse rare. Je recommande cet endroit qui est vraiment magique �
