This air-conditioned villa features a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. There are 2 private bathrooms one of which is located outside the villa.

Please note that a EUR 1000 security deposit will be requested upon arrival.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).

Children of all ages are welcome.
Persons 16 years and over stay for 20 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 1 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Cheques and bank transfers are accepted methods of payment. Please note that the 30% prepayment by cash/cheque/bank transfer is due before arrival. The property will contact you directly to organise this.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 15€ per person, per night. Towels: 3€ per person per night. Please contact the property before arrival for rental.

Please note that wooden pellets for the stove are not included in the price. Guests can purchase a bag of wood pellets for an extra charge of EUR 80.

The swimming pool is available from April and guests will be charged EUR 100 per week if they would like the swimming pool to be heated.

Pets are not allowed in the stone outbuilding.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
