* **One-bedroom Deluxe apartments** are located at **Tanner Row** and **do not accommodate children or pets**.
* For **Free Cancellation** bookings:
* A **20% deposit** is required upfront to secure the reservation.
* The remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival.
* Bookings made within the month require **full payment upfront**.
* Free cancellation is available up to **21 days before arrival**.
* Cancelling **20–9 days** before arrival incurs **50% of the deposit**.
* Cancelling **8 days or less** before arrival incurs **100% of the deposit**.
* For **Advance Purchase** bookings, **full payment** is taken at the time of booking. Payment is processed using the credit card provided on Booking.com. If payment fails, you will have **24 hours** to provide updated card details before the booking is cancelled.
* A **refundable GBP 100 deposit** per apartment is required for **group bookings only**, payable one month prior. Any damage or loss caused by guests will incur additional charges.
* **Check-in outside reception hours** will be arranged via email one day before arrival. Reception is open **Monday–Sunday, 09:30–18:00**.
* **Accessibility:** None of the rooms are suitable for wheelchair users. Some rooms are on upper floors with no lift access.
* **Parking & luggage:** On-site parking and luggage storage are not available. Guests may use the nearby **NCP Car Park on Tanner Row (06:00–23:59)**.
