Near the center of the village of Ollioules and close to a commercial area. The Bandol wine route is about 4 km away.
All amenities are present.
The first beach is 15 minutes away by car.
Tennis and golf nearby.
Sublime hiking trails with sea view are accessible 100 m from the villa.
An independent studio adjoins the villa and is not part of the rental. It is reserved for the owner.
The villa is in a quiet and relaxing place. The view is splendid. All the people passing by feel really good. Ideal for relaxing with the family.
Parties and outside guests are not allowed in order to maintain calm in the neighborhood.
