I rent a studio on one level, in a detached house with independent entrance, opening onto a terrace and adjoining land.
Well exposed with superb view and quiet, in the countryside. We dominate the Allier river which is 1 km away.

25 m² studio with fitted kitchen and bedroom area for two people, plus shower room and WC (no washing machine)
You can park very easily in front of the studio.

Located 300 m above the small village of Azerat and 10 minutes from the town of Brioude. At an altitude of 450 m, 1 km from the banks of the Allier river and close to a body of water with its adventure park and giant zip lines.

But also hikers will enjoy this corner of Auvergne with very varied landscapes.
From plains to mountains with volcanoes, lakes, forests, mushrooms... Picturesque villages: Auzon, Lavaudieu, Blesle, Saint-Ilpize, Saint-Arcons-d'Allier, Léotoing, Chanteuge...
