The Les Triades studio is located in the heart of Saint-Marcellin (behind the La Saulaie stadium). Nestled in the heart of lush greenery, the studio is completed by a veranda and is attached to a charming house where the owner lives.
The studio has a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190 cm), a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator, a mini-oven, a microwave oven, two gas hotplates and a kettle and a bathroom (sink + shower).
The veranda has a sofa and a coffee table. The toilets are located in the veranda.
The studio overlooks several outdoor terraces equipped with garden furniture where it is good (depending on the time of day) to take your meals or rest with a good book. A barbecue is available.
Saint-Marcellin is a small town of 9,000 inhabitants located 32 km from Grenoble going east and 42 km from Valence going west, at the foot of the Vercors, 45 minutes from Villard-de-Lans.
The studio is located in a quiet area, on one of the hills that borders the city, above a housing estate of villas. There is no opposite. The city center is located 10-15 min walk and Saint-Marcellin station 15-20 min. It is therefore quite possible to come without having a vehicle, even if afterwards, this will surely limit your movements in the area. The access path (from a dead end) is gravel.
The property is 32 km from Grenoble, 42 km from Valence and 48 km from Bourgoin-Jallieu.
The nearest airport, Grenoble-Isère Airport, is 23 km away.
The region is popular for cycling and hiking and there are many interesting sites nearby: the medieval village of Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye (20 mins), the national forest of Chambaran (great hikes without too much height difference 20 min), the Choranche cave (25 min), the Coulmes forest (30 min), the Palais du Facteur Cheval (40 min), the Vercors plateau (45 min), the hanging houses of Pont-en -Royans (20 min) … And many other things
