Located East, on the ground floor of a large house but completely independent.
Equipment :
Day: Living room with fixed sofa, 2 club armchairs, coffee table, desk, television, private fiber box with Netflix subscription.
Night: The living room is transformed into a bedroom thanks to a foldaway bed which easily lowers onto the sofa and the coffee table using jacks.
(The bed can also be left open without circulation problems).
Kitchen equipped with a sink, double induction hob, oven/microwave, refrigerator, base units with drawers and high storage units, table and 2 chairs.
Bathroom equipped with 80x80 shower, sink, toilet, storage.
Private garden equipped with an outdoor table and chairs.
Access is via an electric gate using a badge and a gate to access your private space.
Garage available for your bikes.
7 minutes walk from the station, buses, shops, restaurants, cinema, post office
25 minutes walk from the Chevaley thermal baths.
