In a preserved natural setting and far from urban tumults, our bright apartment will delight you thanks to its calm and soothing location. Decorated with care, it will please you thanks to its magnificent view of the Grand Serre massif and the surrounding mountains such as the Army, the Taillefer.

If restrictive measures were to be put in place by the government, the prefect or the municipality, making it impossible to rent, the reimbursement of the sums paid will be full without any penalty for both parties.
All other cancellations will be treated as the standard cancellation conditions of the contract.

Summer: 2 nights: 100 €, 3 nights 130 €, 4 nights 150 €
Winter: 2 nights 120 €, 3 nights 150 €, 4 nights 170 €
Summer: 2 consecutive weeks: 220 € / week

SHEETS PROVIDED ONLY FOR WEEKLY RENTALS.

Studio (24 m²) located on the 1st floor, facing the slopes with furnished balcony (5 m²) (table, chairs), unobstructed view, south orientation, with elevator
Two bunk beds (80x190) in the hall (mountain corner). A curtain separates the assembly area from the living area (see photo)
Recent click-clack (140x200) convertible into a bed in the living room with safe.
Blankets, duvets, draw sheets and pillows provided.
Free services for weekly rentals: supply of sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, bolster case.

The kitchen area: dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, LCD flat screen, refrigerator, microwave, raclette / grill, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, shepherd's table, chairs, etc.

Wardrobe. Shelving units.

Hair dryer, clothesline.
Independent bathroom and WC.
Shutters have been installed for better daytime sound insulation.

In the basement, closed ski cupboard (2 compartments, 0.5 m²).
Collective parking at the building.
All shops nearby (grocery store, bakery, tourist office, restaurants, ski rentals, etc.)

The apartment is maintained and clean.
During a weekly rental, you have direct contact with the owner during transfers between tenants.
We advise smokers to smoke on the balcony and not in the apartment out of respect for the following tenants.
WiFi terminal or internet access: at the restaurant at the foot of the building. A WiFi box can be rented from the OT.

L'Alpe du Grand Serre, in an area of 550 hectares, far from the hustle and bustle, 55 kilometers of slopes await you. From 1367 to 2200 m altitude, ski for fun with family and friends in a warm atmosphere. You can also enjoy the 20 km of cross-country ski trails and try ski touring on the Taillefer or the Tabor.
