In the quietest place of Loches, in the heart of the medieval citadel furnished studio for rent, tastefully refurbished while respecting the old side.
Main room with armchairs, large 160x200 bed, TNT-DVD TV, kitchenette (fridge, electric hob, multifunction oven, steamer, coffee maker, mocha, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking equipment), table and chairs.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and wardrobe.
Complete baby equipment.
Independent and reserved entrance, with a separate part of the garden and a view over the city.
Charges for electricity, heating, water and high-speed internet access included, laundry available.
Facing the property, two very practical public and free parking spaces and a few minutes walk from all shops, restaurants, attractions, local produce market, train station, river.
Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked in the private car park. For cars there is the public car park opposite the property, reserved for residents.

- A85, exit no. 11 for Bléré/Amboise/Loches, direction south on the D31 for 21 km to Loches;
- A20, exit no. 13 for Tours/Buzançais, direction northwest on the D943 for 64 km until Loches;
- A10, exit no. 25 for Sainte Maure-de-Touraine/Chinon/Loches, head east on the D760 for 32 km to Loches.
Once in Loches, always follow the indication "Château", enter through Porte Poitevine and you will be on Mail de la Poterie, the highest street in the town, with the old houses of the citadel on your left and the car park at the base of the ramparts on your right.
Park in front of n°12 and you have arrived!
