Situated on the third floor of the residence, this apartment has 2 double bedrooms on its upper level, 1 of which has a south-facing balcony, and there are also 2 shower rooms. The lower level of the apartment has a double bedroom with a bathroom. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, stovetop, fondue machine and raclette machine. There is a lounge with a south-facing balcony, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a sound system. Guests can store equipment in the onsite ski locker.

Bars, shops, restaurants and a supermarket can be found in the ski resort. In the summer, the area is popular for hiking, climbing and rafting.

Free public parking can be found in the resort and secure parking is available for an extra charge. The Vanoise Express cable car, connecting to the Paradiski area, is 22 km away. Chambéry-Savoie Airport is 110 km away and Geneva Airport is 161 km away.
