The sea, the Marcel Proust promenade and the city center with its many shops and restaurants are only 15 minutes away on foot (about 800m).
The accommodation is located near the racecourse, the golf course, the garden-tennis and 1 km from the Thalasso and the Casino.
The 28 m² apartment is pleasantly furnished, very comfortable and very functional, it consists of:
- an entrance "airlock" which separates it from the landing door,
- a living room with a very good quality sofa bed,
- a kitchen area with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and all the kitchen necessities,
- a bedroom with new bedding (190x140),
-a bathroom with shower in the bath, the toilets are separated,
- French windows open onto a 6 m² balcony
The Residence is secured with guards. It is very quiet and well planted with trees, an ideal place to relax and enjoy a pleasant stay on the Côte Fleurie.

When you arrive, you can park just in front of the entrance to the Residence at 11, avenue de la Divette in Cabourg. You will then go get the keys and the "private parking" remote control from the caretaker Mr Franck Freyermuth, or directly from the key box on the front door of the apartment according to what you have agreed with Mr Freyermuth by telephone (06 34121285).
The private car park is located on rue du pont de pierre (first street on the left when you leave the Residence on avenue de la Divette) you will go around the buildings to enter the car park, place 917 being the 1st on the right when entering.
It is necessary that you join Mr Freyermuth a few days before your arrival. He is responsible for giving you the information to get to the apartment.

"Superbe séjour"
J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement refait totalement à neuf, avec une décoration au top, matelas très confortables, balcon pour profiter de l’extérieur. Le logement se situe à 10min de la plage et du centre ville, dans une résidence très calme. Très bon accueil du propriétaire.
